Refund Policy

Returns

We hope that you will love your purchase but if something is wrong or you aren't happy we offer a 14 day returns policy from receipt date. 

Our customers have a choice to a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method once we receive your returned item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to return any purchases, shipping fees for returns are non refundable. Please also take care in packaging as many of our product are fragile and we can't process refunds or exchanges on damaged products.

 

Sale Items
Unfortunately sale items will not be eligible for returns.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
